Vertrou began inside Kayman Recruitment Group. Our first hires in South Africa were brought on to support our own UK and US recruitment-to-recruitment business, and they worked so well that we saw the same opportunity for other companies. That's how Vertrou Outsourcing was born: built to connect businesses around the world with South Africa's exceptional talent.
In our first year, we placed over 100 candidates into companies across 8 countries, grew into our third office, and built out our own team here in Cape Town. Vertrou is an independent business, backed by Kayman Recruitment Group and decades of recruitment expertise.
